We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about Delta Drive and use it. This statement covers the website deltadrive.app.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which is also the basis of Israeli Standard SI 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
What we have done
- Pages use semantic HTML: one main heading per page, a logical heading order, lists and tables marked up as such, and the page language declared.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers, and icon-only links (such as our social links) have accessible names.
- Forms and the commission calculator are built from components that support keyboard use, and every form field and slider has an accessible label.
- Text and buttons meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio. We darkened our brand teal and secondary text color to get there.
- Links in articles are blue and underlined, so they are recognizable without relying on color alone.
- Nothing on the site plays sound or video automatically. Videos start only when you press play.
- The layout adapts to small screens.
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. We prefer to fix the site itself, so it works with the assistive technology you already use.
How we check
On November 4, 2026, we tested the homepage with the axe-core automated checker against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules and fixed what it found (text contrast and labels on the calculator sliders). After the fixes, the homepage, a blog article, the privacy policy and the contact page passed the same check with no violations. We repeat it whenever we change the design. Automated tools cannot find every problem, so we also rely on your feedback.
Known limitations
- The Delta Drive app (my.deltadrive.app) is under active development and is being redesigned. It has not yet been fully audited against WCAG 2.1 AA. We will update this statement when it has.
- Embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos, is provided by others, and we cannot fully control its accessibility. Where a video explains something important, the same information appears in the text of the page.
- Older blog articles may include images whose text alternatives we are still improving.
If something on the site doesn't work for you, please tell us, and we will provide the information in another way.
